Listings Source: Property listings are provided on this site via IDX from myRealPage, including MLS®/IDX feeds, sold‑data, and search tools.
Registration for Listings: Some features (e.g., viewing sold history, saving searches) may require you to register directly with myRealPage. That registration is handled and stored by myRealPage, and subject to their privacy policy myrealpage.com. We do not collect that registration data on our server.
4. CASL Compliance
In accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, by providing your contact details, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages (CEMs) from us. You may withdraw your consent anytime via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.
4. Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect your name, email address, and phone number only when you voluntarily provide it through our website forms. This information is used exclusively by Team Glavota to contact you and provide information about our services and listings.
